Upon completion of our addition in 2008, a decision was made to remove our selection room.  We had had comments, that families felt uneasy about going into a room full of caskets at a time when emotions were already high.  We decided to go with the Aurora advisor/E-lithos program.  We now have access to 500 caskets from two distribution centers in Christiansburg, VA and Kernersville, NC.  The family has the option of selecting their casket or urn in the privacy of our conference area, where they can design their casket with the options that they desire. (i e, cap panels, and interchangable corners).  We have this system in place with a guaranteed delivery within 24 hours.
